Google has just added hamburger menu to its mobile UI.

Here is Google UI without the hamburger menu:

This update seems to be somewhat related to the knowledge panel button change that was also rolled out today, because “Saved” is one of the new menu options. The other 3 are: “Home”, “Settings”, and “Help”.
